How I Changed My Life And Started To Eat More Healthy.
Before I became a healthy eater I was not aware of what healthy eating exactly was.
Now I am aware of food but this doesn’t mean I know exactly how much fat or grams there is in my food, nor do I investigate al labels in the supermarket or am I counting calories.
Healthy eating is all about balance and moderation in my daily or even weekly program. I eat a large mixture of foods, but do not limit myself to one food type or food group.
To eat healthy means to be flexible. I might eat too much this day or not enough the other day or eat foods that are sometimes more or less healthy. But remember, you should always nourish your body and your brain on a regular basis with a sufficient amount of food to keep all of you (Body and Mind) strong and alert.
I have learned to take care of myself and learned to eat wisely. Of course I am not always aware of what I eat; I am still human and make mistakes. But I know now what the effect of my mistakes will be on my body. I have learned that holding back on food in any way is always a bad thing. Healthy eating is a way of life; it has improved my lifestyle big-time.
Know this; everybody who starts to eat healthier will change their life for the better. It will make your life easier, and changes will happen also for those around you.
